Cela va permettre au c\u00e2ble de s\u2019ajuster aux conditions de travail et permettra aux torons et aux fils de se placer correctement. D\u00e9pendant du type de c\u00e2bles et de leurs constructions il se pourrait qu\u2019un allongement du c\u00e2ble et une r\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre aient lieu alors que les torons et l\u2019\u00e2me du c\u00e2ble se compressent. Le c\u00e2ble s\u2019endommagera moins une fois que la charge totale sera appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019allongement initial (allongement de construction) est un allongement permanent qui est caus\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9longation du c\u00e2blage et par la r\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre du c\u00e2ble. L\u2019allongement de construction se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement durant les premiers 10 \u00e0 20 activit\u00e9s de levage, et allonge le c\u00e2ble de 1\/2 % pour les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 \u00e2me textile et environ 1\/4 % pour les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 6-torons \u00e0 \u00e2me m\u00e9tallique, et environ z\u00e9ro pour les c\u00e2bles compress\u00e9s Python.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous le pouvez et si la configuration de l\u2019\u00e9quipement le permet, d\u00e9tachez l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode de rodage afin de permettre \u00e0 toute torsion du c\u00e2ble (qui aurait pu se produire durant l\u2019installation et le rodage) de se rel\u00e2cher \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du c\u00e2ble.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<p><strong>Tester l\u2019\u00e9quipement<\/strong><br \/>\nDans bien des cas, l\u2019\u00e9quipement des grues doit \u00eatre test\u00e9 avant d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de surcharger la grue \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s variables. La magnitude de la surcharge d\u00e9pend du type et de la capacit\u00e9 de la grue ainsi que des autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales qui certifient les grues. Le test peut soumettre la grue a une surcharge de 10 % \u00e0 100 % du C.M.U. de la grue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AUCUNE<\/strong>\u00a0circonstance ne justifierait de tester la grue avant la p\u00e9riode de rodage du c\u00e2ble. Si vous surchargez un c\u00e2ble qui n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 rod\u00e9, vous courez le risque d\u2019endommager le c\u00e2ble de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n<p>Une attention toute particuli\u00e8re doit \u00eatre port\u00e9e \u00e0 tout \u00e9quipement multicouche. Tel que mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment des surcharges des couches sup\u00e9rieures peuvent endommager les couches inf\u00e9rieures et pourraient \u00e9craser les c\u00e2ble. Si possible testez la grue avec un c\u00e2ble enroul\u00e9 seulement sur la premi\u00e8re couche du tambour.<\/p>\n<p>Si la grue est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un tambour lisse il faut s\u2019assurer tout particuli\u00e8rement que la c\u00e2ble ne se croise pas sur lui-m\u00eame lorsque la grue passe au test.
