The Gator-Flex® Sling Body is made
from thousands of individual wires making it the most flexible sling
construction. SUPER SLINGS FOR THE SUPER LIFT.
The 54-strand body is made into two different style slings: Regular
Gator-Flex® slings with Uni-Loc®- or Tell Tuck splice, and
into Gator-Laid®
slings for short length applications.
Rope Characteristic:
Gator-Flex® slings are spliced in two different styles: Up to 2"
diameter we use a UNI-LOC® steel/ aluminum sleeve method and from
2-1/4" upwards the slings are hand spliced without any sleeve at
all.
Shortest sling length:
Up to 2" diameter – 2x eye length plus 22x body diameter;
2-1/4" & up – 2x eye length plus 50x body diameter
