Our Edmonton location has a 500,000 lbs test bed but with some nifty attachment choices.

First of, this test bed comes with a wire rope grip for up to 1-1/2" rope diameter. This grip enables us to proof test wire rope end attachments AFTER they have been installed onto ropes much longer than the test bed itself;
e.g. proof testing of crane rope fittings or Torpedo style buttons swaged onto non-rotating mobile crane ropes up to 32 mm diameter.

For this service to perform our Edmonton location has a full range of inserts and attachment to test any rope button from 1/2" to 1-1/4" diameter.

The test bed is capable to proof test a 125 tons capacity shackle or, in wire rope terms, can proof test a 3" diameter wire rope sling.

For lower loads we added a small 50,000 lbs separate cylinder for load accuracy and ease of handling.
