TYPE PM

The PM load cell is a "rectangular" shear beam type designed for accurate measurement.

The low profile and the unique construction enables excellent performance with a simplicity to adapt the load cell, as to compact weighing bridges. It is also extremely stable and can resist shock loads in all directions.

The strain gauges are protected by different layers of adhesive coat and plastics, giving it very good dust and humidity protection.

The load cell is clamped at one end and the load (tensile or compressive) is introduced in the free end. The shear stress in the bar is detected by strain gauges in a full bridge giving out an analogue electrical signal.

Cable length, standard: 5 m.

Protected to class IP67.

 
     
     
     
TYPE AA-AB, AC-AG

Load cells in the AA-AB-AC-AF-AG series are of a low profile type. The load sensing part is manufactured from a solid piece of hardened steel.

The load sensing elements consist of strain gauges connected to a full bridge that measures the shear strain in radial going beams in the load cell.

The load cell works with the same accuracy both for tension and compression.

The load cell can be temperature compensated for sensitivity due to the temperature effect on the E-module.

The load cells can be delivered either with connector or cable. Cable length according to customers' specification.

The movement in the cell is extremely small, which means a high stiffness.

This results in very good frequency characteristics by exhaustion, shock and impact forces. The load cell can be manufactured with double bridges.

Cable length, standard: 5 m

Protected to class IP65 as standard.

TYPE PA

The load cell has a low profile and works according to the parallelogram principle. The force is going excentrically through the cell.

The load sensing part of the cell is manufactured from a solid piece of heat-treated steel. It is working with strain gauges connected to a full bridge, and is protected and sealed, and finally covered with a rubber bellows.

The load cell can be temperature compensated for sensitivity due to the temperature effect on the E-module.

Sensitivity for off-centre loads: 0.1% of R.O. (rated output) for 300 mm load arm.

Cable length standard: 5 m

Protected to class IP65 as standard.

 
     
     
     
TYPE NMC

The load cells in the MC series are of tension type. They are manufactured in tempered steel, and strain gauges in a full bridge are the sensing elements.

The load cells can be delivered either with connector or cable. Cable length accoridng to customers' specification.

The movement in the cell is extremely small, which means a high stiffness. This results in very good frequency characteristics by exhaustion, shock and impact forces.

Cable length standard: 5 m
