Inspection, testing and
re-certification of rigging products is an integral part of Unirope's services.
Particularly chain slings require frequent inspection and proof testing.
Unirope has invested in people and equipment to provide these services to
you. Inspections are done to latest standard specifications like OHSA, ASME,ASTM,
DIN or any other regulatory bodies.
Our test bed equipment
is 100 ft long and has a 500,000 lbs capacity.
Inspections, repairs and re-certifications
are usually done on:

All Re-Certification Certificates
are issued on the bases of:

physical inspection by one of our inspectors
•
an actual PULL TEST to 2xWLL
In many cases our inspector will come
to your facility and perform a visual examination to determine the condition
of your rigging equipment and how much cost is involved to get it repaired
and re-certified. At this point it is up to you to decide if you want us
do the job or not. THERE ARE NO SURPRISES for our customers.
