  We think this is the best solution
as to the ease of use and cost.
You avoid the extra chain connector
in the link and it is extremely easy, fast
and safe to just place the chain into the shortening slot of the hook.
This hook requires just a minimal
amount of additional staff training
and it is (should I say 'nearly' ?)
